Job Functions/Requirements:
1. Must love working with children 2. Works cooperatively with all other staff members. 3. Maintains sensitivity to children’s individuality and responds to those needs appropriately and quickly. 4. Maintains the highest level of professionalism at all times. 5. Assists with meal/snack preparation and clean-up. 6. Performs the other duties as assigned. 7. Must be flexible with scheduling and classroom assignments 8. Ability to follow instructions and learn new skills while on the job. 9. Genuine interest and enjoyment of small children/infants and the ability to stay calm in all situations and to respond to children in a quiet, reassuring manner. 10. Ability to stand most of the day
QUALIFICATIONS
1. High school diploma or GED
2. Must be able to pass all State and Federal background checks, and drug tests.
